ELECTRICAL SERVICES

Electrical Services primarily focus on Lighting and Power design. The design of Lighting includes natural lighting and artificial lighting, and building facades which falls under interior lighting. Exterior lighting involves landscape lighting and car park. Lighting controls is important which can be conventional or through automation in form of sensors or link through the Building Management System (BMS). The power design takes into account of all the other services requirements including special power for the client’s requirements. The Power include electrical power distribution, distribution boards, cable sizing, method of installation, system protection, standby generation, emergency services and renewable sources. We are committed to providing energy efficient solutions. Lightning protection is also part of the electrical design.

FIRE PROTECTION SERVICES

We provide consultancy and advice on fire protection services. Ranging from portable fire extinguishers to vesda based total room suppression systems and commercial kitchen suppression systems. Alarm system design make up the bulk of the fire protection services work we do and we have designed varying types of alarm systems from simple manual conventional types to complex automatic addressable types. We also have the ability to create evacuation plans for sites of varying sizes and hazard levels.

MECHANICAL SERVICES

This service involves Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) of a building. We design the building based upon our client requirement whilst designing to Australian Standard and with keeping cost to a minimum. This is carried out by looking at the building classifications, looking at room requirement and heat loads and providing a solution to meet these requirements.

In addition, we provide onsite supervision of the service to ensure that requirements are met during the construction phase up until the practical completion and even to the end of the defects liability period.

GENERATOR SERVICES

We size the generator to the client’s demand and need. We offer consultation on the generator based on the building’s demand. Our design can varies from 100% back-up or partial load depending on the essential loads.

EXTRA LOW VOLTAGE SERVICES

Extra-Low Voltage systems consists of a broad field of engineering systems such as Telecommunications and Networking, Security, and Audio Visual systems, etc. These systems typically operate below the 240v consumer mains and require elaborate detailing during the design stage. The ELV service requires calculation of data cable sizes and routes, network equipment sizing, data reticulation, sound acoustics for audio systems, viewing angles for cameras, and so forth.

HYDRAULICS SERVICES

We design and calculate the Hydraulics System from the entry point to the discharge point. This Service includes the design of Cold Water, Hot Water, Gas, and Sanitary Plumbing. The Design work consist understanding the contours and the surrounding services connection points. We calculate the pipe sizes, tank storage sizes, invert levels and water treatment sizing. We take it from the Concept Design, Preliminary Design, Developed Design and Detailed Design. We also do construction supervision.

VERTICAL TRANSPORTATION SERVICES

We provide consultancy and advice to our clients (including architects) for the installation of lifts and escalators. We have also consulted on a number of modernisation projects for clients who have legacy equipment which they wish to upgrade. We have also consulted on our clients’ behalf for the supply and installation of specialist lifts for cargo (also referred to as service lifts) for supermarkets, hardware stores and warehouses. Most recently we have proposed the installation of a 5 ton service lift for a multi-level museum for the transport of artefacts and equipment.

Energy Audit is looking at ways in which clients and help conserve energy for their buildings. This is carried out by carrying out an inspection and survey and analysis the energy requirements of the building. Hence to find ways to reduce the energy consumption with affecting the productivity or quality in a undesirable way. Furthermore, services and energy cost are also looked at to providing the best solutions in terms of sensible lasting decisions.

Energy audit is how efficient the appliances in building are working at but an Electrical Audit is if the appliance is working at all and if it is working, could it be more efficient

PRINTING SERVICES

We offer a variety of printing from A4 up to A0 sheet sizes, we can print plans and projects in both colour and black & white.

COPY-CAD SERVICES

We also offer separately, Copy-CAD services, where we redraw your physical 2D plans into an editable CAD format after scanning. A time-charge based on the complexity and number of sheets will be negotiated before commencing.

SCANNING SERVICES

Scanning old and hand drawn plans is an important step to retaining and preserving documentation carried out before the industry's shift to CAD (computer aided drafting and design). We can help digitise and package these drawings in pdf format for future use.
